Refund & Cancellation Policy
Skillscanner offers a 12-hour refund window from the time of purchase. Refund requests made after 12 hours will not be accepted under any circumstances.
To be eligible for a refund:
The course/content must not be accessed or viewed.
The refund request must be submitted within 12 hours of enrollment.
An 18% GST deduction will be applied on all approved refunds. The remaining amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
No refund will be provided:
- After 12 hours of purchase
- If the course/content has been accessed
- On affiliate commissions, bonuses, or promotional offers
To request a refund, email us from your registered email ID with:
- Full Name
- Registered Email ID
- Registration Date
- Transaction ID
- Payment Screenshot
